MANUFACTURING
Dharma offers you extreme flexibility to accommodate all your production needs. We are capable of running R&D batches as small as 1 gallon and full production batches up to 250 gallons. All mixing operations are performed in house to ensure consistent quality, efficiency and cost control.
FILLING
Fully automated processes as well as semi-automatic processes to accommodate all your production needs. We can fill various deliveries of products including: syringes, tubes, jars, bottles and unit dose with a wide variety of chemistries: liquid, low and high viscosity gels, creams and pastes. All filling operations are performed in house to ensure consistent quality, amount from 0.5ml to 1 gallon.
PACKAGING
It is a critical part of the whole process. It can have a major impact and satisfaction of the end user and helps develop the brand name of the company. We offer printing and silk-screening services as well as all kinds of thermoforming materials. We have a new engineering department that does all the in-house tooling.
FULFILLMENT
We offer a complete packaging and fulfillment services, including packaging your products into kits and final packaging (labeling, boxing, shrink wrapping, etc.). Our manufacturing facility can offer fulfillment services at very competitive rates with on time deliveries.
